Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality care and help patients reach their functional goals. This position offers the opportunity to work with a varied caseload, engage in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with the clinical team
  • Instruct and assist patients in therapeutic exercises and functional activities
  • Provide education and encouragement to patients and families regarding therapy goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Idaho state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Prior outpatient experience and new graduates are encouraged to apply
