Scott Randklev, PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, TPI CGFI-MP

Scott is the owner of Lifestyle Physical Therapy and is an Idaho native.  Scott has worked in Coeur d’ Alene for over 10 years and prior to starting Lifestyle Physical Therapy was previously an owner of River City Physical Therapy in Coeur d’ Alene and Post Falls.

Scott is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and Medical Professional (TPI CGFI-MP). Scott believes in designing treatment plans that are specific for each person’s wants and needs with a whole body approach. Clinical interests include manual therapy, back and neck care, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports, complex regional pain syndrome/reflexive sympathetic dystrophy (CRPS/RSD), balance training and treatment of vertigo.

Scott is also currently working on research with Idaho State University to support the use of an app he designed (Mirror Box) to improve patient care in the CRPS/RSD, phantom limb pain, and stroke patient populations.

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Shelby, 2 sons (Cannon and Crew), and their golden retrievers. Scott and his wife are alumni and supporters of the University of Idaho and Idaho State University. He enjoys many outdoor activities including golfing, fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping.

Erin Blakley, PT, DPT, OCS, L1 BSPTS (Schroth)

Erin Blakley, PT, DPT, OCS, L1 BSPTS (Schroth)

Erin is a native to Coeur d’Alene, ID. Upon graduating from Lake City High School, she attended Southern Utah University where she graduated as University Valedictorian in 2015. She then returned home to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University. Since graduating, she has continued her education becoming a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and is certified to practice Schroth-based physical therapy known as the BSPTS Concept by Rigo through the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School (BSPTS). She is also currently pursuing her Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT).

Erin enjoys working with all patient populations, though as a former Division I gymnast and track athlete, she has a special place in her heart for pediatric orthopedics and rehabilitation. She feels blessed to have had the opportunity to grow professionally and learn from Seattle Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine physical therapy team. She utilizes this knowledge in combination with manual techniques to restore function and help people return to the activities they love. Her certification in Schroth-based treatments allows her to improve the quality of life for children and adults who are diagnosed with scoliosis.

In her free time, you will find Erin and her husband enjoying the outdoors and exploring the beautiful place we all call home. Together, they love backpacking, cycling, rock climbing, snowshoeing, skiing, scuba diving, and being on the water.

Kendall Zacha Shaw, PTA

Kendall Zacha Shaw, PTA

Kendall is a midwest native of Kansas City, Missouri. Moved to Idaho in 2007 and graduated from Lewiston High School. She then moved to Coeur D’Alene in 2012 to attend North Idaho College and later graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2018.

Kendall played volleyball and soccer in high school although loves playing all sports, and she
spent 2 years as a Student Athletic Trainer at NIC before completing her PTA degree. With her knowledge and sports background, she enjoys working with a wide variety of patients to get
back their own lifestyle.

When she is not busy working with her wonderful co-workers and patients, you will find her
spending time with her husband and their German Shepard in the great outdoors. They enjoy
hiking, skiing, watching and playing sports, and spending time with their families.

Cody Croteau, PTA

Cody Croteau, PTA

Cody grew up in Hayden Lake and graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 2012. He then attended courses at North Idaho College before discovering his passion for improving the quality of life of those around him through movement and education. He later went on to attend North Idaho College’s Idaho Consortium for Physical Therapist Assistant Program where he received his Associate of Applied Science majoring in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2019.

In his free time Cody enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, being with friends, and finding new places to explore.

Kinzie Munar - PT, DPT

Kinzie Munar - PT, DPT

Kinzie grew up in Eastern Oregon and earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from Walla Walla University in 2011 prior to her doctoral degree in 2015. Kinzie comes from a family tradition of physical therapists (both her parents and now her brother) have all graduated with physical therapy degrees from Loma Linda University in Southern California. Due to her familial history, Kinzie has been able to be involved in almost every aspect of physical therapy, but has honed her interests over the years towards orthopedics, sports medicine, and women’s health. Her treatment philosophy focuses on individualized, client centered, whole body care, and sees herself as primarily an educator and support system for both healing and lifestyle enrichment – always with the driving motto of teaching her clients, “how NOT to need me.”

In her free time, Kinzie and her husband are avid concert goers, love cooking, hosting friends & family, hiking, resistance training, and yoga.
