Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist at Lifestyle Physical Therapy is responsible for delivering individualized, evidence-based care that helps Patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. This role focuses on thorough evaluation, hands-on treatment, and patient education within a collaborative, outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, values strong relationships with Patients, and contributes to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Idaho licensure to practice physical therapy
- Strong understanding of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with Patients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and care planning
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must pass a background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess Patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life
- Educate Patients on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient interactions and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate care
- Support a positive clinic environment that prioritizes patient experience and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to all clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training initiatives
