Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist at Lifestyle Physical Therapy is responsible for delivering individualized, evidence-based care that helps Patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. This role focuses on thorough evaluation, hands-on treatment, and patient education within a collaborative, outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, values strong relationships with Patients, and contributes to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Idaho licensure to practice physical therapy
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with Patients
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and care planning
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Must pass a background check

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess Patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life
  • Educate Patients on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient interactions and care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to coordinate care
  • Support a positive clinic environment that prioritizes patient experience and outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to all clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
  • Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing training initiatives
